Terms & Conditions for Services Provided By WebSoft Solutions

  1. If you do not wish to renew your hosting and domain name, please ensure Websoft are notified 30 days (14 days if CMS site) prior to the billing date. If you wish to cancel your hosting account and don’t notify us you will still be charged the full amount due as this is the policy from the hosting supplier.
    Any renewal that is due and we have not been notified with your instructions to renew or cancel will automatically be cancelled 30 days (14 days if CMS site) before the renewal is due. If you then decide to renew, the site will then be reinstated to the internet.
  2. By signing sales receipt/agreement and/or paying for services provided by WebSoft Solutions, you are declaring that you are happy with the service and price provided by WebSoft Solutions.
  3. Clients who have WebSoft Solutions Content Management System added onto their website, are paying WebSoft Solutions to use the Content Management System, the client in no way owns this software. The software for the Content Management System belongs to WebSoft Solutions, the software in no way can be re-used, copied or modified. If the client wishes to leave WebSoft Solutions and have another company manage/host their website then the Content Management System would no longer be permitted to work on the website. WebSoft Solutions would then add another solution onto the site to cover the Content Manageability of the website.
  4. Due to price changes in hosting websites the Domain Name and Web Hosting charges may vary from year to year.
  5. Any websites developed by WebSoft Solutions that are cancelled before or after the website has been uploaded will be subject to a 25% charge of the total cost.
  6. WebSoft Solutions have full rights to remove any website from the internet due to failure of full payment, and will result in the lose of their deposit.
  7. All Hosting and Domain name fees must be paid a year in advance, if any of these fees or any other fees owed to WebSoft Solutions are not paid the site will be taken off the World Wide Web until payment is made.
  8. All payments must be made by the dates given by WebSoft Solutions.
  9. All information, photographs and other materials given to WebSoft Solutions by their clients to use within their website is in the understanding that all of these materials are legal; proper agreements have been made for them to be displayed and all links to other websites are approved.
  10. All WebSoft Solutions products are covered by Intellectual Property Laws. The holder of this legal entitlement is generally entitled to exercise various exclusive rights in relation to the subject matter of the IP. The term intellectual property reflects the idea that this subject matter is the product of the mind or the intellect, and that IP rights may be protected at law in the same way as any other form of property.
  11. “Designed & Developed By Websoft Solutions” must stay on the each and every website created by Websoft Solutions and must not be removed.
  12. Important notice: for all .com/ .net/ .org/ .info/.biz domains
    Domains which are not renewed 40 days after its expiry date will enter a period of redemption which ends 75 days after the expiry date. During the redemption period domains can be renewed however this will result in a £200 charge (plus VAT).
    If the domain has not been renewed five days after the end of the redemption period, it will be available again to the public for registration.
